Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants (6 ans, 3 ans et 2 mois). Amoureux de la nature, randonneurs, sensibles aux problèmes environnementaux, voulant offrir le meilleur à nos enfants, c'est naturellement que lorsque nous avons décidé d'accéder à la propriété nous avons choisi la campagne, la montagne et l'auto-construction en matériaux écologiques. Notre terrain se trouve au coeur du Parc Naturel des Vosges du Nord en Alsace.

Ce choix nous l'avons fait par conviction et pour montrer que construire écologique est possible avec un petit budget. Parce que pour nous construire écolo est un acte de générosité... les gouttes d'eau des uns et des autres faisant de magnifiques rivières ! C'est pour cela que nous voulons que notre maison soit aussi un lieu de ressource et de sensibilisation à la construction écologique. Ainsi, pessimistes pleins d'espoir, nous programmons un chantier participatif paille-enduit pour juillet 2009. Une fois la construction achevée, nous prévoyons d'organiser des visites de notre maison pour expliquer les fondamentaux de la construction bioclimatique et basse énergie, donner des conseils en auto-construction, initier aux rudiments du jardinage bio, et des « formations » pour fabriquer soi même des toilettes sèches et son compost tout cela en lien avec des partenaires locaux dont nous nous sommes déjà rapprochés.

Oui, mais... Des erreurs indépendantes de notre volonté ont été faites (pardonnez moi de ne pas entrer dans le détails à ce propos sur la toile. Le sujet est délicat et nous ne voulons mettre personne dans l'embarras. Question d'éthique et de respect.) dont la plus grave fut de nous mettre dans l'obligation de faire un sous-sol (non prévu dans le projet initial et donc dans le budget). Mais une fois les fondations creusées, nous n'avions plus d'autres choix. Nous avons choisi le meilleur compromis prix/qualité pour les matériaux du sous-sol. Mais ceci a gravement amputé notre budget. Aujourd'hui, il nous manque 20 000 € pour mener à bien notre projet. Nous sommes au bord de la faillite personnelle et donc de la vente de notre beau terrain avec son châtaignier majestueux dans lequel nous avons prévu de construire un cabane pour nos enfants.

Le prêt octroyé par notre banque est dépensé ! Notre banque vient seulement de nous informer du refus de nous accorder un complément de prêt. L'un de nos fournisseur nous menace d'huissier sous 14 jours. Afin de faire des économies, nous venons d'emménager dans un appartement de 66m² tout près de notre lieu de construction. Mais ça ne suffira pas à couvrir le gouffre financier face auquel nous nous trouvons.

Nous en appelons à la solidarité car il s'agit de notre dernier espoir de sauver notre maison en paille et les rêves qui y sont associés. Ceci peut paraître osé. Certes ! Mais n'apprends-t-on pas à nos enfants que « qui ne tente rien n'a rien » ? Nous n'avons rien à perdre à jouer notre dernière carte !

Nous vous demandons 1€ symbolique. Comme en matière d'écologie, les gouttes d'eau s'additionnant... nous pourrons sauver nos projets d'avenir et vous faire visiter notre maison sourire aux lèvres dans la douce chaleur du poêle ou bien vous former au jardinage bio à l'ombre du grand châtaignier !

HELFEN SIE UNS, UNSER HAUS ZU RETTEN !

Wir sind eine Familie mit drei Kindern (6 Jahre, 3 Jahre und 2 Monate alt).

Da wir Naturliebhaber, wanderfreudig und empfänglich für Umweltprobleme sind und unseren Kindern das Beste geben wollen, haben wir natürlich einen Kleinbesitz auf dem Land in den Bergen angestrebt. Wir möchten die Errichtung eines Strohhauses mit einer Eigen-Herstellung von  ökologischem Material bewerkstelligen.

Unser Grundstück befindet sich im Naturpark der Nordvogesen im Elsass.

Wir haben diese Wahl getroffen, um zu zeigen, dass es möglich ist, auch mit  kleinem Eigenkapital ökologisch zu bauen. Denn für uns ist ökologisches Bauen ein Akt der Großherzigkeit… die Tropfen Wasser der Einen und der Anderen tragen zu  großartigen Flüssen bei. Deshalb möchten wir, dass unser Haus auch ein Ort der Erquickung sei und beabsichtigen dabei, das Interesse für ökologische Bauten zu wecken.

So haben wir Pessimisten voller Hoffnung vor, im Juli 2009 eine Baustelle zu eröffnen,  an der sich viele an der Herstellung eines Stroh-Verputzes, b.z.w. -Estrichs beteiligen können. Wenn der Bau fertig ist, beabsichtigen wir, Führungen in unserem Haus zu organisieren, um Grundsätzliches über den bioklimatischen Bau bei niedrigem Energieverbrauch zu erklären, Ratschläge bei Eigen-Herstellungen zu geben, in  die Biogärtnerei einzuführen und ,,Fortbildungen“ anzubieten,  die die Selbstherstellung von Trocken-Toiletten und den eigenen Kompost betreffen - dies alles mit örtlichen Partnern, mit denen wir bereits Kontakt aufgenommen haben.

Ja, aber… Fehler, die nicht von unserem Willen abhängen, sind unterlaufen. (Verzeihen Sie mir, wenn ich jetzt keine Details angebe. Es ist ein heikles Thema und wir wollen niemandem Unannehmlichkeiten bereiten.) Der schwerwiegendste Fehler war, uns dazu zu bringen, ein Untergeschoss zu bauen (das nicht in unserem Projekt eingeplant war, also nicht in unserem Eigenkapital). Als jedoch der Unterbau ausgegraben war, hatten wir keine andere Wahl mehr. Wir haben für das Material des Unterbaus den besten Preis-Qualitäts-Kompromiss gewählt. Aber dies hat unser Eigenkapital gravierend geschwächt. Heute fehlen uns 20 000 €, um unser Projekt durchzuführen. Wir sind am Rande eines persönlichen Ruins und werden wohl gezwungen sein, unser schönes Grundstück zu verkaufen mit dem schönen Kastanienbaum, in dem wir eine Baumhütte für unsere Kinder bauen wollten.

Das bewilligte Darlehen unserer Bank ist ausgegeben ! Unsere Bank  hat uns gerade erst informiert, dass sie ein zusätzliches Darlehen ablehnt. Einer unserer Lieferanten bedroht uns mit Gerichtsvollziehern binnen 14 Tagen. Um Geld zu sparen, haben wir eine Bleibe von 66 Quadratmetern ganz in der Nähe unseres Grundstücks bezogen. Aber das wird nicht reichen, um den finanziellen Abgrund, in dem wir uns befinden, aufzufüllen.

Wir appellieren an Ihre Solidarität, denn es handelt sich um unsere letzte Hoffnung, unser Strohhaus und die damit verbundenen Träume zu retten. Das Ganze kann gewagt erscheinen. Gewiss! Aber lehrt man unsere Kinder nicht, dass ,,wer nichts wagt, nichts gewinnt ?“  Wir verlieren nichts dabei, wenn wir unsere letzte Karte aufs Spiel einsetzen.

Wir bitten Sie um einen symbolischen Euro. Wie in der Ökologie  sich die  Wassertropfen summieren… werden wir somit unsere Zukunftsprojekte  retten können und Sie unser Haus mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen besuchen lassen, in der angenehmen Wärme eines Ofens oder Sie in die Biogärtnerei einführen, im Schatten des großen Kastanienbaums.

Call for help: Help us to save our house

We are a family with 3 children (a 6-year old, a 3-year old and a two-month old baby). We love nature, we are keen walkers, we are conscious of environmental issues and we want to give our children a better future. So when we decided to invest in property, we have naturally chosen the countryside, the mountains and self-construction using ecological materials. Our plot of land is in the heart of the Vosges National Park in North Alsace.

We have made this choice with conviction and to show that building ecologically is possible with a small budget. Because we believe that building ecologically is a mark of generosity… the individual drops of water make wonderful rivers! That is why we would also like our home to be a place to learn from and to raise awareness around building ecologically. So, hopeful pessimists, we are planning an open workshop for straw/rendering in July 2009. Once the building is finished, we plan to have visits of the house to explain the principles of bioclimatic and low-energy building, to give advice about self-construction, introduce the basics of organic gardening and training on how to build your own dry bio-toilets and compost, all with the support of local partners who we have already approached.

Yes, but… mistakes out of our hands have been made (forgive me for not going into the details on this, the subject is delicate and, out of respect, we don’t want to point the finger), of which the most serious forced us to build a cellar (not planned for in the initial project and therefore not in the budget). But once the foundations were dug, there was no going back. We chose the best compromise between quality and price for the materials for the cellar. But this drastically impacted our budget. Today, we need a further €20,000 in order to be able to complete our project. We are threatened with personal bankruptcy and therefore the sale of our beautiful land with its majestic chestnut tree in which we had planned to build a tree house for our children.

Please watch the programme Zone Interdite, shown on 22^nd February on M6, on ecological buildings (a natural swimming pool, a wooden house and – our – straw house). Shown again on Wednesday and available for a week on M6 Replay.

The loan granted by our bank is spent! Our bank has just refused to give us an increase on the loan. One of our suppliers is threatening to send a huissier (French equivalent of a bailiff) in 14 days’ time. In order to save money, we have just moved into a flat (66m²) near our plot of land. But that will not suffice to cover the financial abyss in front of which we find ourselves.

We are calling for your help because it is our last hope to save our straw house and all our dreams that go with it. This could seem bold. Definitely! But don’t we teach our children “nothing ventured, nothing gained”? We have nothing left to loose, but to play our last card.

We are asking for a symbolic €1. As in ecology, the water drops add up… we could save our future plans and let you visit our home with a smile on our faces in the soft warmth of the stove or even teach you about organic gardening in the shade of the big chestnut tree.

Richiamo alla solidarietà : aiutateci a salvare la nostra casa!

Siamo una famiglia con tre bimbi ( 6 anni, 3 anni e 2 mesi). Innamorati della natura, grande camminatori, sensibili ai problemi ambientali, vogliamo offrire il meglio ai nostri bambini, quando abbiamo deciso di diventare proprietari abbiamo naturalmente scelto la campagna, i monti e l'auto-costruzione in materie ecologiche. Il nostro terreno è in pieno parco naturale delle Vosge a Nord dell' Alsazia.

Questa scelta, l'abbiamo fatta perche siamo convinti della sua giustezza e per dimostrare che costruire ecologico è possibile anche con poche soldi. Perche per noi costruire ecologicamente è atto di generosità... La tua goccia d'aqua con quella degli altri fa un fiume meraviglioso! E per questo che vogliamo che la nostra casa diventi un luogo di rissorse e di sensibilizazzione alla costruzione ecologica. Cosi, pessimisti pieni di speranza, programmiamo un cantiere partecipativo paglia-stucco per il mese di luglio 2009. Quando la costruzione sara finita, prevvediamo di organizzare visite della nostra casa per spieghare i fondamenti della costruzione bioclimatica e bassa energia, dare dei consigli in auto-costruzione, iniziarvi alle basi del giardinaggio bio, e delle lezioni per fabricare se stesso compost-toilette e il suo compost in collaborazione con dei partner locali con qui ci siamo gia avvicinati.

Si, ma... Degli errori indipendenti dalla nostra volontà sono stati fatti ( scusatemi di non entrare nei detagli su internet ma l'argomento è delicato e non vogliamo mettere nessuno nell'imbarazzo ) il più grave dei quali fu di obligarci a fare una cantina (non prevista all'inizio e dunque nel piano finanziario).

Ma quando le fondazioni furono preparate, non avevamo più d'altra scelta. Abbiamo scelto il migliore compromesso prezzo/qualità per le materie del sotto suolo. Ma cio era completamente fuori budget. Oggi, ci mancano 20 000 € per terminare il nostro progetto. Siamo quasi falliti e dunque presso la vendita del nostro bel terreno con il suo castagno maestoso nel quale avevamo previsto di costruire una capanna per i bambini.

Il prestito che avevamo fatto presso la banca è già speso! La nostra banca viene appena di informarci del rifiuto di darci un complemento di prestito. Uno dei nostri fornitori ci minaccia di processo tra 14 giorni. Per fare delle economie, veniamo di istallarci in un appartamento di 66 metri quadri molto vicino del nostro terreno. Ma non basterà a coprire il borrone finanziario di fronte a cui ci troviamo.

Ne richiamamo dunque alla solidarietà perche si tratta della nostra ultima speranza di salvare la nostra casa di paglia e i sogni che vi sono associati. Vi chiediamo 1€ simbolico. Come per l'ecologia, le goccie d'aqua aggiungiendosi... potremo salvare i nostri progetti di futuro e farvi visitare la nostra casa con il sorriso e nel dolce calore della stufa o bene formarvi al giardinaggio bio all'ombra del grande castagno!
